Team Lead for Employee Data Management (EDM) and Contact Center

The main goal of the position is to assure employee data maintenance in group HR SAP system, support the Nordic HR partners and managers with reports, reminders, questions and answers, lead the EDM team and develop the EDM processes together with the regional HR team.

You are data- and service minded, organized and proactive. Discretion is a natural part of you as are your leading and pedagogical abilities. You have a university degree and you are full of desire to set up a new team while collaborating with the HR partners and managers in AGA. Your English is excellent and we would appreciate former leading experience in data management sphere or similar.
