Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR with specialisation in Talent Acquisition. We believe this is one of the most important roles in an organisation. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.
To excel as a HR at Novads, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment

- Help design and plan organizational growth
- Work with executive to create and distribute job descriptions
- Collaborate with executive to design effective interview processes
- Source passive and active candidates from a range of platforms
- Schedule interviews for local and remote candidates and coordinate the interview teams
- Stay on top of feedback and ensure candidates are always informed of where they stand
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for upcoming vacancies
- Meet and speak with candidates at various stages in their interview process, including vetting, greeting at the office, and providing general information to the candidates about the company.

HR

- Own the onboarding process for new hires
- Design and maintain a strategy for employee feedback
- Advise on organizational structure and assist in organizational changes
- Be the life of the office management

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in-house
- Generalist HR experience
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Interpersonal with strong communication skills
- Experience of working in a high growth start up environment is an advantage
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
