SHIFT LEADER

This job is exactly for you, if you like following tasks:

Manage workers competency and team members motivation
You ensure the quality of work and work arrangements and assure the shift is adequately staffed
Mentoring of team members
Organize of work according to the production plan
Monitor the use of material, tools and equipment in production
Verify the staff working hours
You are responsible for the safety of employees
Analyze the results of your area of responsibility and compile the necessary reports
You are ready to work in nightshifts

We are expecting from You:

At least 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing field, preferably in the electronics industry
Higher education and/or vocational education
Experience in a leadership role
Basic knowledge of production planning (5S, lean manufacturing)
Oral and written Russian, Estonian and English language proficiency
Mid-level knowledge of MS Office systems
