Project Procurement Manager

Your main role will be developing procurement strategies for assigned projects within Energy Management department, coordinating all procurement activities in the sales and execution phase and ensure the implementation. You develop proper sourcing processes, establish and maintain preferred supplier lists. You lead contractual and price negotiations to secure project targets with optimum conditions. You conduct supplier qualification activities, project-specific evaluations and supplier development activities. You execute reporting/controlling function for Energy Management Nordics to support management.

You are a great candidate for the role if you have university degree (preferably in a technical field) and at least 5 years of work experience in procurement/sourcing (preferably in project business). You have experience in negotiations and supplier relationship management. You have solid experience in commodity management, knowledge in the fields of civil, installation or steel would be your advantage. You enjoy working on international level, communicate and negotiate with different cultures. You are a self-starting person with ability to work within cross-functional teams. You are fluent in English and have a good command of Estonian and Russian. You have advanced skills in MS Office and spreadsheet analysis.
