You request and receive money owed to the company,
Keep track of the customer’s payment terms. Customers in our case are big companies, not private people,
You send mail reminders and make telephone calls to the debtors, negotiate new payment schedules if needed,
All that will be done in a polite and customer-oriented manner because maintaining sustainable relations with customers will ensure the success of our business.

English at C1 level. It’s the working language within the organization,
One additional European language in fluent level (German, Spanish, French or Dutch),
Basic knowledge in Excel, Outlook. Experience with some business software is a plus,
Estonian or EU citizenship or a long term residence permit.
