Overall responsibility for daily operations in the restaurant kitchen
Creating and developing menus
Daily participation in food preparing process
Participation in personell recruitment process
Kitchen personell training and coordination of their activities
Participation in budgeting process and analysis of financial results
Ensurance of hygene standards and HACCAP regulations
Working time and payroll monitoring
Creating and maintaining a positive atmosphere in the kitchen

Proven working experience as head chef or senior chef in Italian restaurant
Degree in Culinary arts or related cerificate
Excellent communication, planning and leadership skills
Good written and verbal communication in English
Working knowledge of various computer software programs
