Nordea Service Centre in Tallinn, Estonia, is providing a variety of different services to other units within the Nordea Group. As “One Nordea Team”, employees in Nordea Estonia will be working very closely together with colleagues in the Nordic countries.

We are looking for a Transition Manager to drive and manage Nordic process transitions to Nordea units in Estonia. The Transition Manager will conduct process opportunity assessments, as part of Nordea’s transformation to deliver the future relationship bank. The offer
Nordea has created Global Services (GS) with the purpose to drive optimization and competitiveness across the group by building stronger core services, more common ways of working, stable processes and future capabilities. Global Services is proactively driving the Nordea transformation journey aiming at delivering on the Nordea strategy.

You’ll join Global Services Transition Team (TT). We ensure successful planning and execution of process transitions for all Business Areas/Group Functions throughout Nordea. This includes running and supporting transition projects as well as maintaining and further developing the transition methodology. We collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders in Nordea in order to deliver the best results possible.

What you’ll be doing:
◾Leading transition projects to Nordea Estonia and if needed to Poland, and thus deliver tangible results together with Business Areas/Group Functions
◾Acting as a driver and coordinating force between multiple stakeholders in order to ensure successful transitions in all aspects of the change -process, people, organisation, union handling, IT & authorisations, legal, taxes, risk, compliance, etc.
◾Taking part in further developing methods and tools together with stakeholders and other Global Services units
◾Be an ambassador for Global Services and work closely together with Business Areas/Group Functions in order to identify further transition opportunities

Your profile and background:
◾Experience in transition/project management in an international corporate environment
◾Proven experience in process development and improvement from end-to-end perspective
◾Sound business understanding and ability to quickly identify key issues in new areas
◾Ability to establish relationships, create trust and contacts on all levels of an organisation
◾Result oriented and structured with focus on setting and reaching targets
◾Excellent command of English
