Accountant, Nordea Estonia

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team. You will be performing accounting operations for the company and supporting Chief Accountant/CFO with various accounting, reporting and payroll tasks.

What you’ll be doing:
◾Daily accounting (maintaining and archiving the accounting documents, handling expense reports, purchase invoices, sales invoices, payments);
◾Fixed asset accounting;
◾Participate in the month closing process including preparing journal entries, monthly accruals and account reconciliations;
◾Prepare and file tax declarations and statistics;
◾Prepare statutory financial statements to Eesti Pank;
◾Support in payroll calculations;
◾Support CFO with preparing for internal & external audits;
◾Participate in budget and forecast preparation.

Your profile and background:
◾Previous working experience in accounting with supporting education
◾Good knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations;
◾Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Estonian;
◾Strong sense of responsibility with high attention to details;
◾Ability to work in changing environment of fast growing company;
◾Good computer skills (especially MS Excel);
◾Experience with one or several accounting software(s).
