Your Challenge
Our client is looking for an energetic, customer focused individual to be the first point of contact for customers of an AAA video game publisher. This client has developed some of the biggest video game franchise’s and want someone who can solve any problems while providing the best experience for their customers. You will interact daily with customers via e-mail so you will need to be quick-thinking, creative and an excellent communicator!

Your Resume
• Fluency in Russian with a good working level of English
• To be an active gamer and familiar with both PC and Console gaming
• To be proficient in troubleshooting technical issues in a Hardware/PC/Console
• To have a good understanding of social media activity, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Gaming Forums/Communities
• To be self-motivated and able to work proactively
