Job Description

Organizing personal appointments: doctor, dentist, workout etc.
Managing personal communications with service providers.
Outsourcing household tasks such as cleaning, repairs and catering.
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, controlling access to the manager/executive.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
Organising events and conferences.
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
Managing databases and filing systems.
Collating and filing expenses,
Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager in personal and business life.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
The mentality to get things done.
Passion for innovation, lifelong learner.
Computer skills appropriate for the position.
Typings speed above 40 words per minute.
Straightforward and honest.
