Location: The Cuan, 4 The Square, Strangford, Northern Ireland

Job duties: ensure the kitchen maintains high standards, quality control in relation to food offering, variety, presentation and taste meet customer needs and expectations. Seek to increase footfall by raising profile. Resolve complaints to the satisfaction of the customer as far as is practical. Escalate to a more Senior Member of the team as appropriate. Provide excellent customer service through a delightful culinary experience.

Qualifications / Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role;
- Preference for industry qualified;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- English language B-level.

Salary: £8.00 per hour (more depending on experience).
Hours: 40
Worktime: 5 day week, no split shifts.
