Hilde Fellesfjøs DA is a company within dairy farming started in 1973 with production about 460 tons of milk. New building for cows in 2003 with VMS robotic systems. Older building section from 1973 is modernized to bulls and calves. New fully automatic feed systems for bales in 2012. We are producing about 2000 bales per year. Contractor is hired for this work. We have two permanent employees and extra help in the seasons
Job description:
Employee of production, working with cows, equipment, use of tractors. Hygiene and maintenance.

Skills requirement:
Agriculture-related education and experience in dairy farming. Experience in robotic barns is an advantage. Technical and mechanical experience will be emphasized. Must have car and tractor certificate. English language is needed. Applications without CV and references will not be considered.

Type of work contract:
The position will initially be temporary but may be permanent for the right applicant.
Working hours:
Working hours will be variable and must be adjusted to production and seasons. Holiday will have to be adjusted to production and by agreement.
Place of work:
Work is on farm and with farmequipment and area.
Salary:
Salary by experience and education. We follow the general collective agreement for the agricultural and horticultural industries.
Other information:
