Russian market manager

Developing Russian market. 
Helping to set up advertisements in search engines and social media. Ads will be prepared in English and translated into Russian. 
Monitoring the ads and making changes to get better results. 
Communicating with clients via e-mail and possibly Skype. Helping clients to understand different European jurisdictions (materials are provided) and presenting solutions for company establishment and banking (Estonia, UK, Andorra, Latvia, Finland). Deep knowledge is not needed, complex questions are answered by lawyers. 

Sales and service oriented
Excellent Russian and English skills
Capable of learning fairly complex subjects
Self-organizing and independent
Capable of translating English advertisements to Russian

Recommended:
Estonian language is a plus
Degree in law or finances
Understanding of Google Adwords/Facebook Ads/Yandex
