Chief accountant

• Monitor every aspect of an organization's finances
• Develop strategies for short and long term financial goals of the group
• Submit internal reports to Operations and the Board of directors
• Evaluates internal and external financial reporting packages to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Take active part of budget planning.
• Ensure that all financial activity complies with local and national regulations
• Maintain and improve routines and standards within the company.
• Provide support and leadership to the employees of the company
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows

• At least 3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
• Fluent in English and Estonian, both verbal and written, Russian is a plus.
• Proactively seek and drive positive change
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Self starter and self-motivated
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, and financial accounting system use of Hansa Busines solution, preferably Fidelo and Micros as well.
• Be able to support the company mission, vision, value and goals in the performance of daily activities.
• Responsible of all tax obligations in accordance to law.
