Linux/Windows Server Support Engineer with Finnish and English

• Travel Consultant will be the first contact for customers calling mostly from North America
• Responding to and resolving customer issues received via phone or email
• Providing information, advice and booking services to passengers
• Follow proper workflow and procedures

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication, listening and problem solving skills
• Comfortable working with a computer

• Able to work full time according to schedule in 24/7 timeframe
