DTP manager

DTP Manager will be responsible for Localization Desktop Publishing operations including source files preparation, preliminary analysis and estimation of effort required for post translation Desktop Publishing, managing a team of DTP operators, etc.

DTP manager will interact with Project Managers as well as in-house linguists inside the company.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Manage a team of DTP Engineers
- Different source files preparation before and after translation
- Analysis of the effort required for DTP after translation
- Effective communication with different parties inside the company
- To track and report the progress of DTP operations

Required skills and experience:
- University degree (or equivalent work experience)
- Good spoken and written English & Russian
- Experience in communication between different parties included into the process
- Ability to reliably deliver the projects in accordance with the deadline
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Extensive DTP/Art tools background (Adobe Framemaker / Indesign / Illustrator / Photoshop)

Desirable:
- Previous experience as a DTP manager/operator
- Previous experience in localization cycle
