So we need web- and social-networking experienced, marketing approach oriented project assistant for the period of the launching of this venture - 6 months min.
After successful start of the project the position will be converted to permanent.
The place of work- Tallinn. The direct subordination to Project Leader based in Riga or in Ljubljana.
- arranging of meetings in Estonia
- web-marketing and social networking
- searching/developing for land-plots for Senior-Care residences
- performing market researches in senior-care domain according to existing frameworks

A young candidate (20-30 y.o.) with higher education and the following qualities:
- Estonian - native
- English - working knowledge
- Russian - working knowledge
- Communicative
- Stress-enduring
- Social-networking
- Easy-going and able to give a phone to anyone, including the Prime-Minister of the State

"Baltic Senior”- is the project of developing of the network of live-in aged care facilities, started by Senior Group and Batipart in 2011. Currently the 200 beds are already operational- in one Nursing home constructed and launched in Riga in 2013.
But the network will comprise 5 facilities (2 Nursing homes and 3 ALFs) for 350 beds/living units in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania in 2019. The investment scope of project is 20.7Mln euros, which includes the acquisition of functioning 200 nursing beds residence in Riga and developing of the new 70 nursing beds and 80 Assisted Living Units in Riga, Vilnius and Tallinn.
