Job Description
Contribute BU Drives’ product developmet work by engineering of frequency converter cabinets, standard solutions, functionalities and standard options.
Tasks:
o Mechanical design of drives with 3D CAD tools.
o Design documentation: manufacturing documents, assembly instructions, bill of materials and configuration tables.
o Thermal and stress analysis with simulation tools.
o Management of prototype and pilot manufacturing.
o Pay special attention to product manufacturability, bearing in mind the rapid and efficient production

Requirements
o University degree: mechanical engineering
o 3D mechanical design capability
o Knowledge in sheet metal design and production
o Ability to perceive big picture and understanding the influence of selected solutions to surrounding environment
o Ability to perceive complete structure of large configurable product
o Cooperative, willing for team work, organized, scrupulous, purposeful
o Good English and Estonian spoken and written, Finnish/Russian beneficial
o Intermediate PC knowledge, 3D CAD tool experience, beneficial to know simulation tools for CFD and stress analysis.
o Understanding the importance of customer relations
o 3D mechanical design capability
o Knowledge in sheet metal design and production
