SALESMAN/WAREHOUSEMAN

- deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- respond promptly to customer inquiries
- obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- provide pricing and delivery information
- perform customer verifications
- search for new customers
- manage customer databases, diaries and making appointments
- build long-term relationships with regular customers
- unloading of goods coming
- preparation of goods for shipment
- delivery of ordered goods to customers

- Estonian native speaker
- communicative knowledge of English
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices or ready to learn
- using various computer packages - Word, Excel, CRM programms
- interpersonal skills
- communication skills - verbal and written
- listening skills
- problem analysis and problem-solving
- attention to detail and accuracy
- customer service orientation
- adaptability, initiative
- optimist willing to take new challenges
- highly organized
- driver's license B
- forklift’s licence will be an additional advantage
