Job Description

  • Driving customer service standards within the store.
  • Maintaining visual standards to Brand requirements.
  • Control store stock loss within agreed target.
  • Manage store stockrooms to ensure 100% option availability at all times.
  • Implement store promotion activities and pricing policy.
  • Monitor and communicate competitor activity to Line Manager.
  • Identify and communicate sales opportunities to merchandise team.

    • Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years retail management experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Leadership, decision making, planning & organizing and relationship building skills.
  • Able to manage large quantities of information.
  • Good English language skills.
