Customer Service Specialist ( Swiss German Language)

Job Description

The candidates we are looking for have excellent communication and listening skills, are exceptional problem solver and like to help people. Customer
service specialists answer customer questions and take care of customer complaints on behalf of our client, with the goal of ensuring a positive customer
experience.

- Inbound and outbound call handling
- Answering e-mails
- Customer services
- Accuracy in data entry
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information

Requirements

Good Swiss German language skills (at least B2 level)
Good English language skills
Excellent telephone manner (communication, listening and social skills)
Positive attitude
