Credit Manager

We’re looking for a Credit Manager that will be responsible for originating high yield short term property loans by reaching out to developers, builders, investors, brokers, property owners and various sources of referrals.

This is a hunter role. Must be comfortable going outside your comfort zone establishing new relationships across Estonia. This position is based in Tallinn. Will consider strong candidates with analytical skills and the ability to creatively structure deals will be needed to succeed in this position. Background in finance is strongly desired. Understanding of p2p lending is a big plus. Typical loans fund within 10 business days. The right candidate must be able to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:
- Source, Originate and Negotiate property loans across Estonia.
- Collect and analyze information regarding project and Borrower profile in order to structure terms.
- Submits completed loan application and supporting documentation to underwriting and publishing at EstateGuru platform.
- Present and educate prospective clients to the advantages of our company and our lending platform.
- Manage customer expectations throughout the entire loan process as well as after closing.
- Work in unison with our marketing people and management team to promote the company and attract new business.
- Build network and community relationships, aggressively to real estate agents, builders, developers, financial planners and other referral sources around the country.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with current lending environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of finance experience with a proven track record of success
- Current referral base from Realtors, Financial Planners, Builders, etc is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Must be self-motivated and have an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment
