Production Manager

We expect you to take responsibility for:

• Overseeing day to day functions and operations at Tartu site
• Planning workforce and ensuring the efficiency of work
• Designing, measuring, analyzing and optimizing process flows at Tartu site
• Increasing mobile devices processing, value add (repairing) and warehouse capacity
• Leading and developing site operations team
• Organizing quality assurance activities for testing mobile devices
• Ensuring work safety and fulfillment of occupational health requirements
• Improving and reporting KPIs to the board

We would be happy to see that you have/are:

• Higher education preferably in the field of technology or production
• Managerial experience in production
• Knowledge about process and resource optimization and increase of efficiency
• Skills to involve team in changes and develop team performance
• PC using skills
• Very good command of English
• Hard-working, results orientated and good communicator
