Responsibilities

· Answers all incoming telephone calls or live chat messages into the call center in a professional manner at all times

· Responds to customer inquiries

· Provides excellent customer support

· Educates customers on the company and its products

· Resolves issues/inquires/requests

Требования к кандидату

Requirements:



· Strong ability to efficiently operate a computer

· Fluency in the English language (written and spoken) / Russian a plus

· Experience in a previous English – speaking role (not mandatory but a plus)

· Ability to work evening and night shifts; including potential weekends and holidays

· Communicates in a professional manner - verbal and written

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Cooperative, professional and effective interaction skills with co-workers, company staff and customers

· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast pace production environment

· Team player

· Critical thinking and problem solving skills
