ОПИСАНИЕ СЛУЖЕБНЫХ ОБЯЗАННОСТЕЙ СПОРТИВНОГО АНИМАТОРА


В роли Спортивного Аниматора ТМС вы будете полны энтузиазма, доброты и бодры духом. Должны любить спортивные и командные игры, а также иметь опыт в этих играх. Работая в команде аниматоров, вы будете проводить дневные активности, начиная с Водного Поло и Волейбола и заканчивая Настольным теннисом. Вам предстоит приглашать гостей принять участие в различных активностях, не смотря на то, имеют ли они опыт в данном виде спорта или нет, и, в течение активности, вы должны демонстрировать способность вести программу так, что бы всем участникам было весело, и никто не скучал. Главный акцент ставится на забаве и получении удовольствия от соревнования, а не на серьёзности и рвения к победе, и вы должны будете в полной мере контролировать это. Экстра умения, такие как, знание иностранных языков или хороший вокал и пластика танца приветствуются, но не обязательны. Главное, ваш подход к делу - с улыбкой на устах. Общение с гостями – тоже неотъемлемая часть вашего рабочего дня.



SPORTS ENTERTAINER’S JOB DESCRIPTION

As a TMC Sports Entertainer you will be enthusiastic, bubbly and with an outgoing personality. You will need skills in sports and a love of team games to be part of our Entertainment Teams. Working within a team in a hotel you’ll be responsible for Daytime Activities that range from Water Polo and Beach Volleyball to Darts. You’ll be expected to encourage guests to join in whether they have any experience in the activity or not and you’ll have the ability to make everyone feel welcome and make sure everyone has a great time. The emphasis is on fun and enjoyment not serious competition and you’ll make sure that you are in control of all the activities. Additional skills such as a language, for example Russian, Finnish, German, or being great at singing or dancing are an additional bonus. Of course we don’t expect you to be great at everything; all we ask is that you’re up for a laugh and willing to give anything a go. In the Evening you might find yourself in charge of the sound for one of our many Shows, or hosting a Theme Night or Karaoke. You also need to enjoy talking to people as a large part of this job is communication.

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ

В случае успешного прохождения всех туров, вас ждет приглашение на Кипр или в Грецию в Апреле либо Мае, где TMC будут проводить трейнинг для новых аниматоров. Тут у вас появится возможность учиться вместе с опытными Аниматорами. Проживание и питание включены. Во время всего сезона с 1-го Апреля по 1-е Ноября 2015 TMC на постоянной основе будет контролировать правильность применения полученных навыков по отношению к работе.

ДЛИТЕЛЬНОСТЬ КОТНТРАКТА:

2-7 Месяцев начиная с 1-го Апреля 2015-го года.



IMPORTANT INFO
If you’re successful then you’ll be invited to fly out to Cyprus or Greece in April or May where TMC will be holding in-house training for inexperienced Entertainers. Here you will have the chance to learn alongside experienced Entertainers and be guided by our supervisors. This includes food and accommodation. TMC will assist in constant supervision throughout the season from April 1st until November 1st 2015.

LENGTH OF CONTRACT:

2-7 months starting from 1st April 2015.

ЗАРПЛАТА:
500-900 евро в месяц для Спортивных Аниматоров.
500-800 евро в месяц для Детских Аниматоров.

Другие льготы:
Бесплатное проживание в одной комнате с одним из аниматоров, плюс вся еда и напитки тоже включены. Деньги за перелеты будут возвращены по истечении контракта. Рабочие часы: 8-10 часов в день максимум, 6 дней в неделю.



SALARY:
Between Euro € 500 - € 900 a month net. of local taxes for the Sports Entertainers.

Other Benefits:
Free accommodation with shared room (with another Entertainer), all food and soft drinks. Flight expenses will be refunded on completion of contract. Working hours: 8 – 10 hours maximum a day, 6 days a week.
