Senior Customer Service Agent (United States Embassy Tallinn)
CGI Federal is seeking a suitably qualified candidate to act as a Senior Point of Contact (SPOC) to the US Embassy in Tallinn.
This is a full-time, work from home position. It is expected that candidates will reside in Tallinn, preferably near to the Embassy (Kentmanni 20).
Daily responsibilities include liaising with the US Embassy staff on behalf of CGI, managing Visa Application cases and escalating any issues to the PMO office in Washington, DC.
Candidates will be required on occasion to visit the Embassy and to travel to other US Embassies in Scandinavia on behalf of CGI.
Candidates will NOT be required to work on local national holidays, US national holidays or weekends.
All candidates will be required to clear basic security clearance.
Relocation expenses will NOT be reimbursed.

Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language is a requirement. (Additional Scandinavian languages are a plus for this role).
Computer proficiency is a requirement.
Applicants with strong customer service or diplomatic experience are preferred (3 years minimum).
Candidates will need to pass security clearance.

Candidate will receive a PC and Phone allowance.
All travel expenses incurred on official business will be covered
Remuneration will be based on candidate's experience.
Role may suit self-employed candidates.
