Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the smooth operation of office equipment
• Maintenance LAN and telecommunications
• System administration, software installation and configuration
• Customer Support
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults of PC

• Diagnose and resolve technical faults of PC
Requirements
* Basic requirements:
• Languages: fluent English and very good Estonian (written as spoken)
• Installation and maintenance of software and operating systems Windows XP,7,8
• Tuning and repair of PCs and portable PCs
• Installation, configuration and support for WIFI networks
• Programs and email clients Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird
• Maintenance of office equipment
• Experience with technical documentation
Additional requirements:
• Stress resistance. Adherence to tight deadlines and time-frames
• Independent and responsible multi-tasker
• Steep learning curve (Fast learner)
• Having higher vocational (technical) education (information systems, information technology, etc)
• At least one year experience in a similar position
