The successful applicants will be responsible for all key performance areas:
To be a professional and efficient first point of contact for all guests and ensure that they receive the highest standard of service and co-operation at all times, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the Reservations department
As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for processing all individual and group reservations: making offers, confirm reservation arrangements, selling successfully hotel rooms and additional services, taking part of sales & revenue meetings, assisting Sales Director and Revenue Manager, preparing daily reports.

Requirements
In addition to your excellent customer service skills, as the Reservations Agent you should be punctual and reliable team player with strong communication skills, a self driven approach, and a positive 'can do' attitude. You should also speak Estonian, English and Russian as well have knowledge of Fidelio or Opera PMS-s.

Additional information
