Customer Service Specialist ( with Italian and French Language)

Job Description

• Answer on Customer Services related calls from customers properly (using proper etiquette, actions and make proper decisions), e-mails and chats
• Report immediately to Team Leader about possible unclear things
• Planning and organizing the working hours so that the tasks are done properly
• Use all necessary programs with responsibility
• Self-development (including attending training, developing relevant knowledge and skills - reading emails and following the project related news on a day-to-day basis)

Requirements

• Positive attitude and excellent soft skills
• Willingness to help and solve problems
• Good knowledge of Italian and French language
• Interest or experience in electronics preferred
• Excellent communication skills, especially telephone manner
• Good organizational skills
