- Flawless English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Finnish is a benefit but not mandatory
- Excellent telephone and written communication manner when dealing with clients
- Problem solving skills/analytical ability

- Experience in Forex online environments/customer service is a big advantage
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts
