Mobile Java Team Leader

Mobile Java Team Leader will lead the development team by providing hands-on technical experience as well as by motivating and coaching team members to deliver high levels of quality and productivity. A successful candidate has Java development experience, good communication skills and motivation to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentoring
• Manage the team's processes and work output
• Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices in the team
• Cooperate with different teams and positions in various geographical areas
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in technology and software engineering, especially in relation to mobile gaming
• Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions

• Experience as a software engineering team leader or as a senior software engineer / architect
• Ability to organize and coordinate your own and your team members’ work
• Problem solving skills and self-motivation
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills both orally and in writing
• Good written and spoken English

Beneficial skills:

• A degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent experience
