Integration Manager

The Integration Manager coordinates all activities concerning the connectivity and integration with third party customers, while working with various teams in Playtech. The position will require vast management skills, good communication, technical orientation and being pro-active.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the project integration needs, focusing on technical and functional.
• Working closely with the Business Project Manager and Solution Manager to ensure the on time delivery
• Compiling the integration solution along with the Licensee
• Acting as a single point of contact between the Licensee and Playtech for all issues related to the integration until the project is launched
• Carrying out the tasks of a technical consultant and analyst for the Project Managers and Developers in Playtech
• Supporting the knowledge base and Application Specialists on issues related to specific integration projects

• Experience working with Customers/Licensees, and representing the company
• Good knowledge about following Tools – Java Scripts, PHP, HTML, SQL, XML, SOAP, REST
• Good protocol familiarity – HTTP, SSL, TCP/IP
• Experience in managing projects, and processes
• Site management, customer service, technical skills working in a web based environment
• Experience in managing multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously
• Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and able to operate efficiently without close supervision
• Ability to deliver high quality results under tight timelines
• Excellent communications skills
• Fluent in English
