Java Developer (Live)

We’re looking for a person interested in working as part of a Scrum team in Tallinn, working on one of our next generation platforms.
The ideal candidate should have very good knowledge of Java (and associated technologies), be interested in working with BigData/NoSQL solutions
(MongoDB, CouchDB, HBase, NuoDB, HyperDex etc.) and know his / her way around a *nix command line.

Main responsibilities:
-Be part of one of our Scrum teams, contribute to the development of the platform
-Create high quality code, with good unit test coverage, including associated stubs / sub-systems
-Deliver performance-oriented improvements to existing platform, and assist in architecting new components

-Strong analytical and reverse engineering skills
-Team player, willing to work in an agile development environment
-Proven experience as Java developer at least 2 years or less, if you’re demonstrably good and a quick learner
-Good English (both written and oral)

Beneficial skills:
-Experience working with BigData/NoSQL solutions
-Experience and understanding of DB performance, analytical and load tools
-Experience with Concurrency (synchronized, volatile, synch collections, simple thread executors)
-Experience with *nix operating systems
-Internet & knowledge of the current and emerging technologies
-Good knowledge of Spring framework
