Job Description

Establish and increase the sales and market position of the company by building and efficient leadership of the sales team, product portfolio and company’s other resources.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Continuous growth and development of the company
• Market analyzing, trend definition and looking for new possibilities for company development
• Planning, budgeting and controlling
• Building, Leading, managing and motivating sales and administrative team up to 15 people
• Creating a positive and motivating atmosphere in the company by developing team spirit
• Ensuring long-term and prosperous relationships with clients and partners
• Representing company in different deals with other companies, institutions and organizations, to keep good prestige of
company and promote company’s products and service on the market.

Requirements

• Higher business education
• At least 3 years experience in leading a successful sales team
• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the field of advertising
• Analytical thinking and focus on results
• Strong management and business development sense, leadership qualities and decision taking ability
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to manage and develop strong, positive customer relationships
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to ‘close the deal’
• An ability to cope with competing demands, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
• Ability to use MS Office effectively
• Fluency in Estonian, English and Russian
