There is a need for someone who could integrate, upgrade and further develop all the modules in close collaboration with the company instructional
designer. A successful candidate is expected to advise the management on what competences are needed to hire those who could deal with smaller
issues on an ad hoc or smaller project based basis.

Requirements
COMPULSORY
university degree in IT or software development
strong proven record of Java programming skills (references will be checked, portfolio)
knowledge of real-time synchronization solutions (the jpegs illustrate what real-time classrooms look like)
private virtual server administration and configuration skills (Apache, Ubuntu, etc)
candidates fluent in English, Estonian and/or Russian will be preferred
HIGHLY DESIRABLE
familiarity and experience with jboss seam technology http://seamframework.org/ (references will be checked, portfolio)
experience in integrating online payment/billing systems a plus
experience in LMS development an advantage
mobile java application development skills a plus
DESIRABLE
a large network of IT specialists a definite plus (can build his/her own team)
own team that has a UI designer an advantage
expertise in Learning Object Database Design an advantage
experience in Moodle, Wordpress & Joomla theme & widget design a plus
SEO & php skills a plus but not essential
knowledge of Chinese or any other widely-spoken, especially Asian language a plus
