Quotation Controller

You will be a project manager for quotation cases and make sure that agreed processes will be followed and all needed decision points will be kept. You prepare RFQ-material and documentation for cost calculation and to co-ordinate the finalization of cost calculation.

Key accountabilities:
• Responsible for all documentation preparation related to quotation process.
• Cost calculation co-ordination, prioritization and re-scheduling if needed.
• Cost calculation finalization with needed check points.
• Ensure that all quotation related requests are fulfilled by having on going communication with the interested parties during the project

Education:
• Bachelor's Degree or similar. Technical background, preferable electronics + mechanics
Work Experience:
• Minimum 2 years experience.
Competencies:
• MS Office knowledge, CRM and Design programs (Gerber) basics, IFS knowledge is an advantage
• Good social skills
• Eager to learn new
• Proactive and honest in nature and co-work with colleagues
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, Finnish preferred
