Job Description
You are a technical and product support for sales, being the contact point between customer, sales and production. You will take part into quotation and order & delivery processes.
Key accountabilities:
• Responsible of customer support and technical support in the sales.
• Working as an internal project/product manager for products in mass production.
• Represents business unit in all cases where escalation or problem solving is needed with customer’s products or deliveries.

Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree. Technical background preferable electronics + mechanics
Work Experience:
• Minimum 4years experience in sales projects.
Competencies:
• Organized and goal orientated working style
• Capable of analytical thinking under pressure
• Tolerant and capable of working with difficult personalities
• Planning and organising skills
• Ready to work in challenging and fast paced working environment
• Adapting and responding to change
• MS Office knowledge, CRM and IFS knowledge is an advantage
• Good social skills
• Proactive and honest in nature and co-work with colleagues
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, Finnish preferred
