Construction manager

-Planning and performing construction works with high quality and on time at the appointed sites,
-Maintaining and developing relations with the customers and partners,
-Supervision of employees in daily work,
-Assuring compliance with construction technology requirements, keeping and updating required documentation and and assuring safety rules and regulations are met.

-Experience of construction management, -Ability to make decisions rapidly within the expected area of competence, -High proactiveness and result oriented, -Flexibility in adapting to different customer requirement, -Good knowledge of English language and drivers license. Additional merits -Experience of construction work in Scandinavian countries, -Ability to communicate in the Swedish language.
