Job Description

Spare parts manager's main tasks are:
  • Receiving part orders from sales companies and register the order in the system
  • Ordering spare parts (sending quotations, choosing suppliers, getting best terms)
  • Independently handling small and large spare part orders from outside Estonia
  • Independently purchase and ensure that manufactured part has the right quality before it is shipped to customer
  • Following orders
  • Preparing packages for deliveries and organizing transport and delivery
  • Requirements

  • Excel, e-mail, basic PC skills
  • Knowledge about any stock software
  • "Google ready" - ability to find needed information independently
  • Experience in working with documentation
  • Language skills (technical) - Estonian, English, Russian
  • Positive attitude and great communication skills
  • Being able to handle many tasks at the same time
