Job Description

As a part of the support team you are responsible for providing customer service and technical support to our international clients. You should provide the clients with answers and resolution to their problems with the best quality. Task Description
• Provide Customer Service and Technical Support via phone and email
• Application of customer specific systems
• Collection and maintenance of customer data
• Analyze problems and research solutions
• Identify, test and implement solutions
• Manage problem resolution
• Communicate technical solutions and implementations process

Requirements

Curriculum & linguistic skills
• At least secondary education, IT education is an advantage
• Excellent English-speaking skills
• High standard of fluency in written communications

Technical skills
• Very good computer knowledge: hardware/ software
• Knowledge of and experience with gaming consoles or PC gaming systems
• Understanding of home networking hardware and consumer electronics
• Able to type at least 25 words per minute

Interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a high pressured environment and deal with different customers
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Team spirited
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Customer Service or Technical Support experience, preferably in a call center environment

Additional information

Working time is from Monday to Sunday from 09.00-23.00 according to the schedule. All suitable candidates will be contacted by the 1st of September, 2011.
