• Install, configure and maintain Microsoft platform servers
• Ensure up to date, modern, secure environment
• Maintain backup/recovery operations, documentation
• Manage IT infrastructure related projects
• Workstation image maintenance & support
• Act on second/third level of IT support operations

Requirements
• At least 5 years’ experience in Windows platform administration
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows servers, Active directory, GPO, IIS, SQL, TS, certificate cervices, etc.)
• Good knowledge about networking concepts, basic services (like DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with VMW are virtualization environments and SAN concepts, management
• Basic security knowledge
• Knowledge about clustering solutions (Windows server failover clustering, NLB)
• Excellent Estonian and good English language skills
• Good documentation skills
• Open communicator and team player

• Microsoft certificates, like MCSA, MCSE, MCITP
• ITIL process knowledge
• Russian language skills
