TEAM LEADER

Day-to-day supervision of a team of telephone consultants
Responsible for their team’s results
Monitors their team to ensure adherence to schedules, procedures and call standards
Call coaching and development of the Sales team
Individual monthly/quarterly performance reviews with the Sales team
Keeps themselves as well as their team up-to-date on product information and procedures
Planning and carrying through effective team meetings on a regular basis
Participates in new hire interviews as required
Provides new hire and recurring training for the team as required
Management of team’s working hours
Regular reporting and development of new reports based on business requirements
Reports immediately any failures of any working tools that the team is depending on
Handling of customer calls over phone side-by-side with their team
Maintains a positive working atmosphere and team spirit

Fluent in English (both verbal as well as written)
Previous work experience in team leading
Stellar communication and organizational skills
Able to motivate the team through clear and consistent communication
Good analytical and planning skills
Proactive and able to follow through to ensure desired results
Flexible and able to take responsibility
Excellent interpersonal skills
Outstanding time management and multitasking skills
Prior experience in a leadership role
Prior experience in a sales role
