Job Description

  • Working closely with Marketing Director and Sales group to develop and implement short and long-range marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics to maximize sales opportunities and consumer awareness of SPI portfolio of wines
  • Managing and developing existing brands in wine category, seek new business opportunities and additions to the portfolio
  • Defining market potential and key trends as well as conduct competititive research and analysis
  • Developing and managing marketing budge
  • Forecasting product demand within the company business channels in cooperation with sales
  • Creating and presenting marketing presentations for key customers, managers, suppliers, and sales
  • Managing product-level profitability, cost of goods and retail pricing of the assortment

    • Requirements

  • 5+ years marketing/ product management/ sales experience, including gathering business intelligence, marketing strategy/development, benefitial if external communications (trade shows, trade publications, brand image etc)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing field
  • Passion for wines, qualified as Sommelier would be benefitial, knows about wine business and HoReCa wine customers
  • Strong leadership, entrepreneurial, and team collaboration skills. Passion to win and achieve success.
  • Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills; trend forecasting
  • Experienced planning and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify, develop and manage existing business and understand future trends
  • Strong skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good presentation skills Beneficial skills
  • Experience in wine industry or food & beverage industry
