Reporting Specialist

Reporting Specialist is part of project management who:
Ensures that the reports are timely, accurate, clear and useful
Is responsible of delivering all reporting on project activities
Is responsible of creating agreed performance metric results on a weekly and monthly basis and where additional reports are required for special
reviews
Provides on request the data to support the site and reporting needs of the Quality team
Ensures that reports are properly labeled and filed and the history is maintained to enable future analysis
Delivers information required for invoicing and other financial reports
Designs new reports and ensures that existing ones are still relevant

Fluent English mandatory
Additional language skills is preferred
Experienced user of MS Applications:
o Excel
o Access
o SharePoint
SQL knowledge
Excellent analytical skills
Result-oriented
Experience in working with reports/numbers is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Stress resistant and responsible
