Job Description
Responsibilities and work:
Answer on Customer Services related calls from customers properly (using proper etiquette, actions and make proper decisions), e-mails and chats
Report immediately to Team Leader about possible unclear things
Planning and organizing the working hours so that the tasks are done properly
Use all necessary programs with responsibility
Closely work together with team leader to find solutions for customer
Self-development (including attending training, developing relevant knowledge and skills - reading emails and following the project related news on a day-to-day basis)

Positive attitude and excellent soft skills

Interest or experience in electronics preferred
Excellent communication skills, especially telephone manner
