Production manager

We are looking for a production quality director to work at our production plant in China, which produces items from composite and plastic materials.

Responsibilities include:
- Daily direction of the production process;
- Production planning;
- Tracking and development of the quality control system;
- Ordering of production materials;
- Development and implementation of technological processes;
- Analysis and optimization of existing production processes;
- Organization of quality control in production;
- Holding meetings on issues in production development and following up on the fulfillment of development goals;
- Organization of internal communication between production- and administrative divisions;
- Ensuring labor discipline, organization and quality as well as managing production workers' competency.

- Experience in developing management and production quality in a manufacturing company;
- Experience managing and directing a team;
- A positive attitude, an innovative and analytical method of thinking and quick reasoning;
- Dynamism and good self-discipline;
- Responsible character and correctness;
- Fluency in English language

- Experience working independently in the fields of business or project management;
- Good self-management, a wish to do work with a sparkle in your eyes and an aim of achieving only the best results;
- Sense of teamwork and aptitude for selling your own ideas;
