Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Responsible for all Office Automation equipment in The Baltics
Responsible for the support and maintenance of the Office Automation equipment and software
Responsible for all local (Microsoft) IS systems
Liaise with local vendors of hardware and software
Responsible for all Windows based hosting services in the Baltics

Knowledge & Background:
Bachelor level education or level obtained through experience
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar IT role
Excellent command of English
Knowledge of and experience with MS Active Directory / Group Policies and MS Exchange 2007
Knowledge of MS Windows server 2003 (MCSE qualification is preferred)
Knowledge of and experience with MS Windows server 2008, MS SQL and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) is preferred
Windows XP
Microsoft Office
Previous experience of working in an international datacom or telecom environment is preferred, but not a necessity.
