Job Description

Who will assume responsibility for managing and developing the customer base of our Estonian injection moulding plant Field of responsibilities:
  • Customer relationship management with existing accounts
  • Development, communication and implementation of account specific business plans, including all sales and marketing activities
  • Negotiation and restructuring of long-term agreements with customers
  • Active participation in projects and product validation
  • Analysis of inquiries and coordination of complete calculation and quotation process
  • Identification and qualification of new business opportunities
  • Annual sales budgeting
  • Sales reporting to local and corporate management
  • Interaction with other Promens units in Europe
  • Market research
  • Requirements

    Ideal candidate has:
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Experience in industrial sales and / or project work
  • Appropriate Commercial or Technical University degree
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Fair communication skills in German
  • Ability to work with colleagues of a very diverse background
  • Negotiation skills e.g. pricing, projects
  • Strong analytical and computer skills and an understanding of financial analysis
  • Willingness to travel frequently
