MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in financing processes of trucks, buses, construction equipment and related services
Administer new and existing leasing contracts, including initiation, activation, modifications and terminations
Address customer and dealer inquiries, resolving them directly or coordinating with appropriate departments
Collaborate cross-functionally to support and develop smooth and efficient operational processes

IF YOU

have experience in customer service and contract administration, particularly in the financial service industry
have knowledge of leasing products and services
have great interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English
are able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
have exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills
have a proficiency in Microsoft Office
have a university degree, ideally in finance or business administration
