Your Role:
- Ensure smooth daily office operations: manage supplies, respond to inquiries, and maintain a professional workspace.
- Coordinate arrangements for international employees and guests, including accommodation, catering, transportation, and other practical details.
- Assist in organizing company events, celebrations, and training programs.
- Support internal communication and information flow across diverse teams.
- Provide assistance with HR documentation and processes.
- Offer administrative support to the leadership team when needed.
- Handle additional office and HR-related tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in English, Estonian, and Russian (minimum B2 level).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and document management systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; ability to work independently and in a multicultural team.
